Concessionary Travel

Older people and people with a qualifying disability can apply for a concessionary bus pass under the National Concessionary Scheme.

To apply for a concessionary bus pass, you need to contact your local council.
In the case of our services this will be Norfolk County Council & Suffolk County Council.

When boarding the bus please place you concessionary travel card on the reader & wait for the beep from the ticket machine.
If you card is faulty or does not scan the driver can make a manual record but we advise you to speak to your local council for a replacement.

English concessionary bus passes can be used on our services at the following times.

• Weekdays: between 09:30 and 23:00.
• Saturday & Sunday all day.

If you hold a disability concessionary pass from Norfolk County Council these can be used on our services before 09:30 as long as the boarding point is within Norfolk.
