Fare Changes from January 2026

From the 1st of January 2026 our base fare of £2.00 will be increasing to £2.20.

This will then adjust all other tickets in our fare structure accordingly.

Please note that as of December 2025 we are still part of the following fare cap schemes.

• £3.00 Government Fare Cap
• £1.50 Thetford Town Fare Cap
• £1.50 King's Lynn Town Fare Cap
• Norfolk County Council 15% discount on Weekly / Monthly & Group Tickets,

We will also be removing the 2trip tickets & replacing them with day tickets on all of our services giving passengers more flexibility to make multiple journeys in a day.

Please find some examples of the new fares below.

Thetford - Bury St Edmunds
Adult Single will increase from £3.90 to £4.30
Young Person Single will increase from from £3.00 to £3.30
Adult weekly will increase from £22.70 to £25.00 (inclusive if 15% Discount)
Young Person Weekly will increase from £17.00 to £18.70 (inclusive of 15% Discount)

Brandon - Bury St Edmunds / Thetford - Norwich / Thetford to King's Lynn
Adult Single will increase from £4.30 to £4.80
Young Person Single will increase from £3.30 to £3.60
Adult Weekly will increase from £25.00 to £27.80 (inclusive of 15% Discount)
Young Person Weekly will increase from £18.70 to £20.90 (inclusive of 15% Discount)

We appreciate that fare increases are never welcome but after holding our fares for the last 3 years we now find ourselves in a position where we have no choice but to increase.

We still believe that we offer fantastic value for the distances we travel & the fare cap schemes such as £1.50 in Thetford & £3.00 over the rest of the network offer huge savings over other forms of transport.

For example our group fares between Thetford & Norwich remain at £14.00 for up to 5 people & travel across any route on our network is also being held at £8.40 for adult & £6.30 for a Young Person.
