Get ready for the new school year in 2026
1 year ago
We look forward to welcoming you on board for the new school year in September 2026.
If you have received a bus pass form your local authority to travel on a public service these will be in the form of a card with the School or route number / student name & expiry date printed on the front.
Passes issued by Norfolk County Council will have the product pre-loaded on the card & can be scanned on our ticket machines.
They will be valid for travel on school days only & must be shown on the 1st day of travel otherwise a fare will need to be paid until the pass is received.
Passes issued by Suffolk County Council will not scan on our ticket machines but must be shown to the driver on every journey.
These passes will be route specific & have the route number printed on the front of the card. They cannot be used on other routes, this is due to passenger loading's. For example passes issued on service 80 can not be used on the 80A & vice versa.
If you have received a pass from Norfolk County Council to travel to King's Lynn College Of West Anglia on the 88 or 89 service then these can be used on either route.
If you are looking to travel on our services without a local authority issued bus pass to school or college then we offer a range of tickets in the form of Mobile Tickets & on bus fares.
More information on this can be found here School & College Transport.
Please note that we do not sell mobile tickets for every route & from every stop. Fares can be found by looking through the journey planner but if your stop requires a more specific on bus fare then please get in touch & we can go through all the pricing options with you.
As is the same every year we expect the services to be very busy in the first few weeks, along with the inevitable delays with the return of school traffic so please be patient with us while things settle down.
All of our public services are tracked & live locations can be viewed on our website or Coach Services Ltd app.
If you have any questions please do give us a call or send us an e-mail at [email protected] & we will do our best to help.
