Using the bus
If you are new to using the bus we have provided a guide to make your first trip run as smooth as possible.
- Browse our timetables or use our journey planner to find the trip you want to make.
- Choose the ticket you wish to travel with, mobile tickets are the easiest way but we realise this isn't for everyone. Our journey planner will also give you guides on the on-bus fares available for your journey.
- Head to the stop, we advise 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure but remember you can always track the bus on our app!
- If you have a mobile ticket please make sure it is activated, place your QR code facing the ticket machine (if unsure please ask the driver) or if you wish to purchase the ticket on the day please ask the driver for the type of fare, adult / 2trip & your destination. Remember to tell the driver if you're buying an Under 19 ticket!
Find a seat & sit back.
